Deepshi Khanna
I was born and raised in the vibrant city of Delhi. My journey has been one of self-discovery and embracing new passions. Always keen to understand human behavior led to the study of psychology.
After completing my graduation in psychology from Delhi University. I explored the world of content writing, where I worked on my skills in expressing thoughts and ideas through the written word.
Driven by the inner calling and a deep desire to explore holistic well-being, I decided to transition into a new field and opted to pursue a master’s degree in Yoga, delving into the ancient wisdom and practices that have been revered for centuries.
Throughout my studies, I not only acquired a profound understanding of the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of yoga but also developed a keen ability to guide others on their wellness journeys. My training in psychology proved to be an invaluable asset, as an effort to seamlessly merge the knowledge of the human mind with the principles and techniques of yoga.
My learning in both psychology and yoga allows me to approach wellness holistically. I understand the interplay between the mind and body, recognizing that true well-being encompasses more than just physical health.
My unique background helps me to enable and create an inclusive and nurturing environment for individuals to explore their inner selves, manage stress, cultivate mindfulness.
